In between were films of club outings, a very well-produced and sensitive film on carers to a film shot by a twelve year old: it was a bit rough around the edges but the maker is now doing media studies at a sixth form college.

Tonight, we were entertained by members of Mid-Cheshire Movie Makers. Eight members made the sixty-mile trip up to Higham: not bad from a membership of around twelve.
They brought with them a varied programme of films, twenty-one in all.
The subjects ranged from showing how quiet Knutsford is with all the traffic and being on Manchester Airport’s flight path; to the struggle in removing a dog’s tennis ball from a tree. We thought it would have been easier to buy a new ball!
